How do I redeem tokens for a voucher? Vouchers & Partners
Open Vouchers, choose an active partner and offer and check the token cost. After confirmation, tokens are charged and an available voucher code is assigned to your account.
Can I return a voucher? Vouchers & Partners
A redemption is generally binding because a unique code is reserved or marked as redeemed. Contact support immediately in case of a technical error and do not use the code until clarified.
How are partners and offers displayed? Vouchers & Partners
The partner overview is loaded dynamically from the database. Only active partners and offers are shown. Administrators can maintain prices, descriptions and token costs.
